Melanie's play "Comfort Me with Peaches" will be produced at the Academy Theater in Meadville, Pa, over Mother's Day weekend 2010.  "Peaches" was first workshopped at Colorado Dramatists and has had several staged readings in Denver, but this production will be the world premiere.

 

New Plays by Donald Fried: 

“The Code” won first prize at the Front Range Playwrights Showcase.  And “Postville” will be produced by the Theater Company of  Lafayette and will open March 5th, 2010.

 “Shakespeare Incorporated” will be produced by the Coal Creek Community Theater and is scheduled to open in February, 2010; it is also being produced by the Second Skin Theatre Company of London, England, opening March 5th, 2010.
